If I happen to disappear or die,
I would like to leave you an important goodbye.
It is a message for you I must tell,
Something you have heard me say, thought I had to sell.
I am not dead but much alive,
I am not hiding from anyone or any of that Jive.
I am with Him as I have told you I would be before,
You know whom I am talking about, the one I adore.
I am here in the place for us He had made,
All for us through His blood a price He paid.
Jesus is also here for you if only you ask Him into your heart,
Confess your sins to Him and with you He will never part.
Seek Him daily, Read His word and pray,
Put your faith in Him for a better day.
Soon you will be here too with me,
Thank you God for Your salvation, Your true gift all for free.
