| Love Me to Death | |||||||||||
| In a park where I dwell, there was a boy I loved so well. He took my heart away from me and now he wants to set it free. He met a girl he did not know and told her that he loved her so. She sat on his knee and he told her all the things he said to me. I went home to cry in bed, not one word to anyone was said. My father came home late one night, he searched for me from left to right. Finally through the door he broke, to find me hanging from a rope. "Oh my daughter what have you done, you killed yourself for one man's son." He took a knife and cut me down. On the dresser a note was found. "Dig a hole, dig it deep, marble stone, from head to feet. On my grave please carve a dove to show the world I died for love." |
