The Mystery of Water:
Daily Water Keeper Renewal Ritual
HOME
Tools:
Black bowl of Sacred Water or
Any home fountain or
Any living body of water.
1. Sit or stand in front of the water and close your eyes.
2. Put the palms of your hands together as if in prayer and gently touch the backs of your thumbs to
your nose and lips and take a deep breath.
3. Focus on your thumbs against your face.
4. When you are ready:
Take one deep, long breath in and think about the Mystery: why is there anything at all, rather than nothing?

Breath out and let it go.  Focus on the darkness behind your eyes.

Take another deep breath in and think about the Mystery again: why is there anything at all, rather than nothing?

Breath out and let it go.  Free yourself from the wonder and immerse
yourself in the nothing, the blackenss behind your eyes.

Take in one more deep, long breath and think once again on the Mystery.

Breath out and let it go.  Fall into the Unknown that came before everything
that exhists.  Stay there.  Focus on the emptiness surrounding you.

When you feel ready: Open your eyes and focus on the black bowl of water.  See beyond the thing that it is into the fact that within it lies the atoms that build the first Cells that became the first stirrings of Life on Earth.  Everything on Earth has this ancestory.  If Earth had no water there would be no life as we know it.  Your body is about 60% water.
What would Earth be like without Water?

Wet the tips of your fingers with this sacred ancestor (all water on Earth was once the water that birthed Life: All water is continuously recycled) and wet your face with it so that you might become awakened to the Mystery of Water.
Say or think:
The water in my body is the same water that gave birth to life on Earth.
I am one with the ancestors of Life.
