Within all of us, burns the desire to fight. Whether with words, or with our fists. There could be no peace, without quarrel.

I am, the over seer. The watcher, most like to call me. In my years of existence I have seen many eras com, many wars battled, and many lives taken. But now, the lands have settled into a time of peace, time of prosperity. But as I stated. Within us all burns the desire to fight, and warrors near and far train and sharpen their technics.. I enjoy a grand fight. Especially one that teaches a warrior more of his weakness and flaws. Is there truly a flawless warrior? This is something I wish to know, to see for myself. And so, this city. My city, has become a beckin for warriors around the world. Sending out it's presence to warriors everywhere to come and test their strength, their skill. Are they truly the greatest? Are they truly the strongest? Are YOU the greatest warrior of all time? Come to my city, choose your destiny, and survive. If you can.!

1. PugnaCity has no time line. It is a city caught within a dementational rift, with many open portals around the world.

2. There is no ruler of the land, it is simply "watched" over by the watcher, who only wants to see if there truly is an ultimate fighter

3. All players are allowed. Most if not all fights will be done freestyle unless agreed upon by both handlers that they will either use a syestem (VtM, Whitewolf, or WOD) or some other means. But keep in mind it IS a freestyling room. We know all systems can be explain with freestyle so please don't try and force your fighting system upon someone who doesn't know it.

4. Although it is a fighting room, there is to be NO KILLING unless agreed upon in public by both handlers. The posts MUST be recorded and placed upon the boards to be recognized. If no posts are made upon the boards, the kill will be voided. There will be NO discussion about it. If it makes you mad.. tough luck.

5. Please play your character truly. Let's say, if you're playing Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.. do not have him fall in love, get married, have children. No, we all know he is a evil character, he is also dead so there's NO WAY he can have kids, and he won't be friendly to anyone! Please, no mix breeding. Say, a Street Fighter character learning a X-men's ability. Please, non of that. Have a great rp and storyline but stay true to your character please. Know his or her abilities and limits AND their storyline.

6. The setting of the room is a city. Yes, it has stores, hotels, bars and such. Within the center of the area is a Arena, but fights/battles can start anywhere within the streets, the stores, in the air, near or in the Watchers observatory.

7. The watcher does not, and will not get involved in a battle. He is not a playable character so do not try to get a battle with him or take over his city. It won't work *L*
