Mounted on the stretched canvas are two pieces of Gator foam: one carved and textured, the other cut straight and covered with copper leaf. The copper plaque has raised lettering gilded with 23K gold.

The plaque reads as follows:

In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth.
And God said Let there be light. And there was light.
And then God created a lot of other good things and was pretty busy for about a week.
And when he was good and warmed up God took his best shot and created the Cat.
And God said How about a little fish, its fresh, I just made it.
And it was Good.
