Crono Cross....Chapter 1

Jubei-chan was walking down the street with her aunt Setsuna. "it's so peaceful her, Setsuna. Almost...too peaceful..."
All of a sudden, Jubei spied a unknown youma terrizing the people ahead.
"Aunt Setsuna? I think it's time to call the scouts."
'Funny,' Jubei-chan thought, 'it's only terrizing the people. They're still alive and have their energy- what new monster is this?'
Quickly Setsuna looked to her niece, looked around, then transformed. She pulled out her communicator and began calling the other senshi.
"Hurry, Jubei-chan. We need to hurry!"
Haruka picks up her communicator. "What's up, Setsuna? Is there trouble? Seiya Kou is with me right now."
Jubei, still looking around for people heard Haruka. She raced over to Setusna's communicator.
"Haruka? Were you about to start a fight with him?!"
Hotaru heard her communicator go off. She ran in the trees and answered it.
"Hello? Setsuna- what is it?"
"Sorry to disappoint. We weren't. Were we Seiya?" Haruka directed a pointed glare to Seiya. "Nope. We may even become friends if that can happen." Seiya ducked the faux punch coming from Haruka's direction. "What seems to be the problem, Jubei?"
Michiru aka Sailor Neptune was enjoying herself at the local swimming pool until an all too familiar beeeping went off. "Michiru, here! Whats the problem and location so I can be there on the double!" Looking for a quiet hidding place Michiru transforms into Sailor Neptune and leaves going to the battle. *So much for a peaceful time!*
'Lovely. Beautiful.' Kayaku sat in pure bliss listening to Yaten and Taiki practice singing. Suddenly, Yaten stopped.
"What is it Yaten?" Kayaku asked, worried.
"Nothing Princess. Just Seiya summoning us to a battle." Taiki and Yaten ran out the doors leaving behind a confused Kayaku. She stood there for a few secionds then ran after them.
'Damned if they think they can leave me alone at home while they fight. I'll watch from afar and make sure that they're all right.'
"Usagi!" Mamoru siad as soon as the blonde-headed love of his life stepped through her door to meet him on the step.
"Well?"
He sighed. "Sometimes...."" He sighed again before they started walking. What was it about her inncessant need to constantly be late? He took a last look back at the house and spied Kenji, her father, staring out of the window. He grimaced. He faced it everytime he took his Usako out on a date.
she tugged on his arm and he turned to look down at her upturned face. "Mamo-chan. It's all right." She smiled. He returned it.
He took her to a restaurant for a 'light' lunch. But then, can any meal when Usagi is there to eat be called light? He figured a nice walk would be good after such a meal. So that's just what they did.
He loved spending his time with her. He loved just being near her. Holding her. Silently loving her when words weren't necessary.
=Beep beep=
They looked at each other. Mamoru pulled Usagi to an alley near them. Usagi answered the com.
"Hai?"
"You need to transform! We need you! A youma is attacking!"
"Where, Pluto?"
"At the police station. Hurry!"
"We're on our way," they said in unison.
They looked at each other. "So much for our date, ne?" She looked so sad.
"It's all right, Usako. We have each other."
"Hai."
They transformed and headed to the attacking youma. And to whatever new threat attacked.
Rei was meditating in front of the Great Fire when she heard the familiar beeping sound of her communicator.
Talking to herself she said,"This better not be Usagi again asking to borrow my new Sailor V manga."
To her surprise it was Setsuna reporting a youma appearence near the police station. "I'll be there in a minute!"
She transformed and ran towards the police station like she was flying in the wind.
Crystal was walking to the mall when she saw a torrent of panicking people running past her. To her surprise there were a lot of police officers running with them.
Thinking~I better check out whats wrong!
She transforms in an alley and runs in the opposite direction of the flood of people.
Raian transformed as soon as he felt the evil presence. He stood on top of the building across from the police station. The wind picked up around him. His feline-esque ears could hear the other senshi approaching the police station. He placed his hood over his head. He jumped off the building.
"I wonder what spell I should use this time..." He thought to himself as he landed on the ground. He ran into the police station and waited for the others.
Crystal finally reached the police station and managed not to get trampled by the stream of panicked people.There she saw a guy with wierd ears and wondered who he was, but was distracted from her curiosity by a giant monster sttanding about 10 yards in front of her.
Rei was almost there when she saw 2 figures a fair amount apart also probably running for the police station. One was dressed in a senshi uniform and another had cat ears. While still running she had some time to ponder about who the two people were and whether they were friend or foe?
Uchyuu-Senshu looked at the monster. He analyzed the monster and all its moves and abilities. "Crap. This youma might be harder than other monsters I have battled. I don't even know what element to use, I'll have to try something anyway. Maybe that girl... her name is... Crystal... she might be able to do something," he thought to himself while adjusting his frequency of thought to the others around him.
"Hey, Crystal, why don't you make the first move? If you want, I will make my attack first," Raian said while keeping his eyes on the youma nearby. "So, Sailor Nightblossom, who of us should make the first move?"
Crystal~ I'll go first! Thanks for offering. Dragon Soul Attack!
Rei~ I guess your good guys after all!
"I hope that works," Uchyuu-Senshu said to himself.
"Sailor Nightblossom, if the attack doesn't work, I'll back you up," he shouted to Crystal.
"I have to figure out what its weakness is. At least it is a practical use for genius," Raian thought to himself.
He waited for the attack, listening for anything.
"I feel some more presences, others are coming..." He said in a sotto voice.
*seiya is slightly OOC here -.-'* Meanwhile, Seiya appears at the scene with Haruka running slightly behind him. "Can we just get this over with? I am not having the best day right now. Fighter Star Power! Make Up!" After transforming, she sulkily began to think.
'Why am I here, anyways? I should be at home celebrating my birthday, not fighting.'
"Uranus Star Power! Make Up! I know what you're thinking, Fighter. Let's talk later, k?"
Turning to the others, she asked, "Anything we need to know about this new enemy?"
Jubei raced toward the police building, leaving her aunt behind. When she got there she saw Sailor Mars (who she knew), another new sailor (she could only assume), Sailor Uranus, Sailor Star Fighter (what is he...er...she doing back on earth, she wondered) and a strange, cat looking person. *Interesting* she thought. *First time transformer..hope it works! Now! My turn to fight!* Jubei cried out "Light, now, cut through the night!" In her place stood Sailor Light. *It worked...oy boy- Setsuna's gonna KILL me when she finds out that I did that without her around.* Jubei raced into the police building and saw the youma they were fighting. *OKay now that's just not right...eww!*
Rose sighed Angel was late yet again she was suppose to meet her here over an hour ago.
She looked at her watch again the leaned against the bench she was sitting on enjoying the peace and quite when all or a sudden she saw people running and yelling. She wondered what was going on so she stop a hysterical man.
Rose: What's going?
Man: there's a youma attack at the police station
The man then got out of Rose's way and continued running for his life
Rose: Well there goes the peace and quite.
Rose ran into the nearest deserted alley and transformed into Sailor Destiny then jumped from roof top to roof top to the police station. She knew that Angel would also follow and transform too since she could sense her transformation. ~I hope she gets there on time~ thought Rose
As Rose arrived at the scene she saw that there were scouts already fighting with the youma but she also saw that a lot of innocent people where getting in the way. the scouts needed to get them out of there fast but couldn't. What they needed was a distraction and that's exactly what she was going to give them.
So with a huge grin on her face she made a blue rose materialize in her hand and flung it at the creature back to get its attention while mentally apologizing to Tuxedo Kamen for the use of his trade mark rose attack hopefully he wouldn't mind that much. She leapt off of the roof and faced the youma that was now staring at her in anger.
Sailor Destiny: Hey ugly come and fight me for a while.
Sailor Destiny's staff appeared out of no where and she started battling the youma. She then took a glance over and saw that the some of the scouts started helping the people get out of area while others were powering up their attacks. Unfortunately that glance cost her the youma took the opportunity and slammed her against the wall. There was a sickening crunch and she knew she had just broken a couple of ribs. ~Damn. I shouldn't have been so careless~ She felt the youma coming closer and new she had to get up too fight before that horrible thing killed her and this is not how she wanted to die.
(Uchyuu-senshu is the one that everyone calls the one with the weird cat-ears, just in case no one knows.) Uchyuu-Senshu put his hood over his head and concentrated on a spell. "I know this won't last longer than a few seconds, but this is the only way to help her," He thought to himself.
"NERVE CUT!"
The Youma could no longer use its arms. "This is only temporary for aabout 15 seconds.
Now is your chance to escape!" Uchyuu-Senshu shouted to the trapped scout.
Sailor Pluto ran after her younger niece. 'Impetuous brat! She's going to get herself hurt!'
Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen arrived at the Polics Station. Many of the denizens had already cleared out of the area, but there were still stragglers. The youma held one victim captive, while standing still, as if in wait. Sailor Senshi stood in various places around the youma and Police Station.
"God! It's a senshi over there!" Tuxedo Kamen was already moving before Sailor Moon finished her sentence.
There were still too many people around. Many were too scared to move. He turned to look back at Sailor Moon. Sailor Pluto stood beside her, surveying the scene. "We have to get these people out of here!" he yelled.
Sailor Moon noded her head. and he turned back to getting through to the fallen senshi.
"We need to organize everyone. Maybe we can get these people out of here faster if we do."
"Hai," Sailor Moon replied.
Tuxedo Kamen neared the youma. He sensed the spell cast on it. Now was his chance. He ran to the senshi lying wounded before the monster. She was in bad shape. Too bad to move at the moment. He past his hand over her body, concentrating his energy to heal many of her wounds, before he scooped her up and ran from the youma. He carried her towards the police building and found Sailor Mars, Sailor Starfighter, Sailor Uranus, a senshi he had never seen before, and a strange cat man just within the building. He placed the wounded girl gently down on the floor and noticed Sailor Moon and Sailor Pluto running inside.
"Well, I guess we're mostly organized now, huh?" Sailor Moon said.
"The NERVE CUT is not active anymore, and I can't cast it again for another 4 hours! Get ready to attack before you get attacked yourself!" Uchyuu-Senshu shouted to everyone.
"I will try to cast another spell, but somone has to attack it. This one requires some time," He said. "So, who will attack next?"
*Oy boy...here I go* Take this! STARS' LIGHT!" A single bolt of light shot out of Jubei's fingers and hit the monster in the chest.
"IT WORKED!!!" *happy dance* *stops happy dance when youma gets up* "Uh...uh oh...this is really bad..."
Rei-"I'll attack!Mars Flame Sniper!"
An arrow of fire was sent to the youma hit it and knocked it down.
"I hope it stays down this time!"
Angel sighed as she skidded to a stop where she was supposed to meet Rose. "Great, she isn't here," she muttered to herself. Suddenly she felt Rose transform. "I guess that means I better move it." She ducked into an alley and transformed into Sailor Love, then ran as fast as she could, following her heart to her twin.
She stopped as she saw her trapped sister, her face going pale. "Destiny!" she screamed, pulling out her staff.
Her hazel eyes narrowed dangerously. "No one hurts my sister unless it's me! Come on! Take me on!" she screamed to the youma, desperate to get its attention away from the trapped senshi. And just for the heck of it she sent out a wave of energy a few inches short of it.
"We need to get these bystanders out of here! They are in our way!" Uchyuu-Senshu shouted to the other senshi that were not fighting the youma.
"I can hold it back for a small amout of time, but we still need to get them out of the way, SLOW-DOWN!"
The spell made the youma move slower and slower.
"This youma is too strong for me to completely stop it, so you only have at most 2 minutes!"
Sailor Destiny got up painfully she was still a little hurt. She saw her sister fighting the monster.
Destiny: Come scouts you heard him we only have 2 min to get these peole out of here so lets hurry up while the monster is distracted.
Destiny runs up to a group of people.
Destiny: Please come this way i know your afraid right now but for us to defeat this monster you have to get out of the way or you will get hurt now please follow me as quickly as possible don't worry about the others the scouts will get them safely away.

With that said Destiny lead the group of people away from the battle scene and to safety.
With that done Destiny returned to the battle.
It was a warm sunny day as Chibi Usa was walking home from school, she smiled happily, but then decided, after that LONG and HARD day of school she deserved some ice cream, she turned down the street and walked happily to the ice cream parlor but then heard someone screaming, and Usagi's farmiliar voice and runs down the street and then hears a loud shrill scream and finds them fighting a youmna. She runs to them but then spots Destiny arm and runs to her.
Chibi:Destiny are you hurt, are you okay?! What is going on??? *groans* fight rages on)
Destiny turned in the direction of Chibi Usa voice and smiled at her warmly.
Destiny:I'm allright just a little pain but nothing i can't handle. As for what's going well this youma just started attacking the people in the police station and right now we are trying to get the people out of here while some of the senshi distract the youma.
