Lady Une
Lady Une is Treize�s trusted assistant, emissary to the colonies, and general hit woman. (Hehehe�Personally I prefer her when she�s in Colonel Une mode with the glasses and hair up and such.) She is in love with Treize and completely devoted to him. She tries to do everything in her power to further advance �Mr. Treize�s� ideals with a fairly large amount of success.
Lady Une is the obvious choice for a het pairing with Treize. It is painfully obvious that she is very much in love with him, to the extent that she developed split personalities because Treize�s ideals conflicted with her own in some ways. And while there is some evidence that Treize loves her back it doesn�t seem to be in the same way she loves him. Everything that Treize does concerning Lady Une is very chivalrous and noble, which is right on target considering how much Treize likes to follow traditions. He does care about her deeply; that much is very obvious, however I don�t think it is in a romantic sense. It definitely seems to be more of the chivalrous, �can�t allow the lady to be hurt� sort of feeling.
