Basically, this is just my opinion on possible non-yaoi couples dealing with Treize. It maybe expanded upon at some, depending on how bored I am.

13x11 - This is basically the only straight pairing I might conceivably like with Treize. Une kicks butt and she really does deserve a little happiness after all she goes through for him.
13x9 - Er�no. We all know Noin worships the ground Zechs walks on, right? What is it with Zechs and people worshiping him?
13xHilde - Nope, not in a million years. Hilde is too perky and doesn't have the noble and dignified bearing that I think Treize would look for in a person.
13xDorothy - No, just no. That's coming awfully close to incest. Besides, Dorothy is a lesbian and has her sights set on Relena. (Well, I think she is/does...)

13xRelena - Even though I love Treize and hate Relena I think this would be a really funny gag pairing. But in a serious story, I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole.
13xKatherine - This one is just plain weird. I really can't see Katherine paired up with anyone actually, she's too much like a really helpful big sister.
13xSally Po - Hmmm...I just can't see her with Treize. Sally Po kicks major butt, mostly due to the fact that she takes charge and gets things done. Her attitude just doesn't quite mesh with Treize's. Sally would be much better off with Wufei, or possibly Noin if you like yuri.
