Chang Wufei
Treize counts Wufei among the three people who understand him. Most other people count Wufei among the legions of obsessive anime characters with Problems�. As things stand, both Treize and the rest of the population are correct.
Wufei does have a mentality similar to Treize�s, even if Wufei is unaware of it. They both have very clear-cut views about honor and how battles should be fought. The difference between them is that Wufei thinks his way is correct, while Treize knows that his way is correct. Treize obviously has a lot of respect for all the Gundam pilots, but he seems to like Wufei in particular. (Although my theory on this is that Treize just finds it amusing to poke Wufei, either mentally of physically, and see the funny faces he makes. I mean, isn�t that what everyone wants to do with Wu-ducky? An alternate theory is that Treize is really a fangirl at heart and�yeah. I�ll shut up now.) Whereas he respects Heero and his abilities, Treize seems to see a kindred spirit of sorts in Wufei. Indeed, had the two of them met under different circumstances, they probably would have been very good friends.
On the other hand, Wufei absolutely hates Treize for most of the series. Or at least he thinks he does. With the obsessive way Wufei acts about Treize, it seems a lot closer to love. Then again, there�s only a thin line between love and hate� Either way, despite the fact that they only meet twice, Treize affects Wufei a lot. Probably more than any other character in the series.
