I have no idea what is going on with this. I'm thinking it might be a sort of "day-in-the-life" type thing but I really couldn't say. It's pretty funny anyway, particularily the last panel with the daisies. Not the usual sort of flowers one finds floating around Treize! Also, doesn't he look incredibly cute in the tip panel? I have the urge to glomp and cuddle him.
