Victor Borge, borned Borge Rosenbaum, spent more than 70 years delighting audiences with his unique blend of comedy and classical music. A former child prodigy whose credits included arts medals in America, Sweden, and his native Denmark, Victor Borge died at his Greenwich, Connecticut home December 23rd, 2000, less than two weeks before he would have celebrated his 92nd birthday.
