1. using Skype program, you have to add some Hospital's Skype name to your contacts
2. run server.exe
3. tell Hospitals your server IP that appears on server.exe user interface on the Patient Information tab.
4. edit patient information
5. switch to Skype Control tab and then add Hospital's Skype name to server.exe
6. by pressing step1 and step2 buttons, call Hospitals and remind them of connecting and receiving patient information.
If you are in Hospital or Clinic:
1. using Skype program, you also have to add ECU's Skype name.
2. run client.exe
3. edit server IP address
4. after getting a call from ECU, you can connect to server and learn the patient's status.
5. check if any Doctors can take care of the patient
