ANOTHER ADVENTURE WITH V & MIKE

V & Mike stop in Raphine, Virginia and tour the grounds of the Buffalo Springs Herb Farm.

The Herb Farm is an 18th century farmstead, located in the rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley.

The red barn-like structure, located beside a rushing creek, offers herbal products, dried flowers and designs.

Lavender blooms add color to the gray rock wall.

Note the arbor and plant house in the background.

The gardens have a variety of themes. The arbor, gazing balls,

and sun-dials add interest to the displays. Strolling along on graveled paths, we see rosemary, thyme, and organo.

The stone retaining wall serves as a backdrop for ruby leaf basil,

lambs ears, and lemon thyme.
