Bodily/Kinesthetic Learner
My cousin Andrea (left) and I on the Tour-de-Driveway.
Bodily/Kinesthetic learners are best at moving around, touching, talking and using body language, sign language included. These people are very good at physical activities such as sports, dance, and acting. They are also enjoy crafts and hands on activities. They expand their awareness through the body and have very good mimetic abilities, which is why actors learn best kinestheticly. Bodily/Kinesthetic people learn best by touching, moving and interacting with space. These people process information through the body's senses; touch, taste, smell, etc.
According to the survey's that I took, I am a very strong bodily/kinesthetic learner. I definitely agree with this. I love sports, dance and acting. I have danced since age 3 at the BSD. Dancing is a part of me and I absolutely love it. I also played soccer for about 4 years on the Storm traveling team. When I got to high school I gave up soccer because I felt that music was more of a priority for me, but I still manage to play tennis in the spring. I love sports in general; softball, swimming, running ( I know! crazy but true, I do like to run!) volleyball, you name it. In the winter you will also find me on the slopes skiing away! I also love to act. Making a fool of myself on stage is a blast! :)
