We are located in downtown Windsor, Ontario Canada. We offer a full service facility that is centrally located close to hotels, casino action, and picture perfect parks.

Wedding Reception Rental Rates-

We offer a variety of room rates and set ups to fit almost every budget.

Hall rental - 50 - 74 persons- $250.00 + taxes - 75 - 99 persons- $200.00 + taxes

No charges for room rental for 100 or more guests with food & beverage purchase over $14.95 per person.

Wedding Ceremony on Site-


The Masonic Temple Ballroom gives you the choice of having your wedding ceremony and reception all in one convenient location.

Ballroom ceremony add $100.00 to above rates Extra unique blue lodge room ceremony site add $200.00 to above rates

if wedding reception not booked with us please add $50.00 to above rates

referral list of ministerial staff is available

civic or religious ceremony of any faith

all bookings on first come, first served ($300.00 deposit for all on site weddings / outside wedding bookings must be paid in full prior to wedding date )

Bar & Beverage Services- Options

Option One-

Cash Bar Services-Your guests purchase their own drinks from our wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Subject to staffing fee of $ 75.00 and minimum

purchase amount. Also “loonie and Twoonie” bars are available where the host and guests pay a portion of the drink costs. Loonie and Twoonie bars require a LLBO / AGCO Sale permit. We can provide assistance for obtaining a permit. Flat rate unlimited pop service available. Sale permit cost is $75.00.

Option Two-

Host Pays Bar Service- This is an excellent way of providing bar services where the host picks up the cost of the guests drinks on one invoice issued to the host at the end of the event. This host bar is operated under our permit.

Drink Pricing-
Beer - $3.00
Wine - $2.00
Mixed Alcohol- $3.25
Pop - $1.00
Juice - $1.25

All taxes included in above pricing for host pays bar service.

Option Three-

Open Bar - Under LLBO / AGCO Permit

Person(s) hosting wedding obtains a liquor permit and is allowed to purchase their own alcohol from the government stores. Any unopened product can be returned for refund. We provide ordering assistance and arrange the delivery of all your orders to our ballroom leaving you free to take care of other wedding needs.
