Introduction-

The choice of your event venue is one of the most important decisions you’ ll make. The Masonic Temple Ballroom is the place for your fundraiser. We offer a full service facility that is centrally located in downtown Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The Masonic Temple Ballroom is operated by the Windsor area Masonic Order. The Border Masonic Temple Association is a non-profit organization who assists numerous charities and good causes in the Windsor-Essex region.

Rental Rates

Charity and non-profit groups are welcome to use our facility at reduced rates over our normal customer rates. All events subject to minimum fee for janitorial services.

Sunday - Thursday Rates

Ballroom rental-

free with purchase of our beverage service for minimum 50 guests (subject to minimum bar sales )

cash bar services available (alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks)

full catering service available


Friday & Saturday Rates

Room rental is available on a individual quotation basis

rate varies depending on food & beverage requirements- free to $400.00 + taxes


Menu Choices-


We feature a wide variety of menu choices to suit almost every taste. Please call us for our menu listings or have a specific menu catered to your needs. Contact Doug Lepain at Executive Class catering at (519) 969-5860 for menu information.

Bar & Beverage Services- Options

Option One-

Cash Bar Services- Your guests purchase their own drinks from our wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Option Two-

Host Pays Bar Service- This is an excellent way of providing bar services where the host picks up the cost of the guests drinks on one invoice issued to the host at the end of the event. This host bar is operated under our permit.


Drink Pricing-

Beer - $3.00
Juice - $1.25
Wine - $2.00
Pop- $1.00
Mixed Alcohol-$3.25

All taxes included in above pricing.


Option Three-

Open Bar - Under LLBO / AGCO Permit Charity Event Pricing

Person(s) hosting obtains a liquor permit and is allowed to purchase their own alcohol from the government stores. Any unopened product can be returned for refund. We provide ordering assistance and arrange the delivery of all your orders to our ballroom.

we feature excellent award winning Ontario VQA wines from Pelee Island and Colio Wineries- glass rental and customized labeling priced from $11.95 per bottle taxes included.

flat rate corkage fee- $40.00 applied for outside supplied wine plus glass rental

we can handle special product order requests (please allow extra order time )

knowledgeable and friendly bar staff - bar service fee - $4.25 per person + taxes

liquor permit fee not included - no sale permit $25.00 / sale permits $ 75.00

all staff are trained by the “ Smart Serve “ program to promote the responsible service of alcoholic beverages to all our guests.
