| The Growth of Baby Rabbits. |
| Cloudy's babies were born Febrary 19, 2001. She had 8 babies, one died that day they were born and 5 died that next day. We think it was the heat lamp that I put under the next box to keep them from freezing that did it. |

| Baby rabbits are born hairless with their eyes closed. They start getting hair at about 2-3 days. |
| At 12 days old their eyes open and they start getting more alert. |
| By the time they are 1 week old they are fully covered in hair. |
| About 3 weeks old the babys start getting out of their nest box and exploring the cage. |
