Arkdale and Andrella both were adopted by Acessej. When they hatched they were both given a pet to watch out for them, and for them to watch out for.
Andrella was given the care of Androssa. The match would fit Andrella's firy personality in such a way that they would be fercly loyal to one another, but could not harm each other even when angery. As they grew it became apparent that they needed each other. Andrella could not go anywhere without the ferce Androssa at her side.
Arkdale was given Arkill a bukey. This young egg had been abandoned by its parent and was given to Phantazia, To find it a new home. Arkill was given to Arkdale because of the capacity of care and love that earth elemented faerys show animals. Under Arkdale's care the young bukey grew and became a marvelous help around the forest, finding and fetching mushrooms and other foods that would often excape the young faerys eye.
Andrella and Arkdale knew each other as they were growing up but not well, as their relms were sparated by necessity. A flare of temper, or a tempertantrum from the yough fire faery could cause the entire forest to go up in flame. It may seem weird that a faery of earth and a faery of fire would bond mate but in reality it is the only way things could be. (Fire faerys are good but their flame and quick tempers will bring most other faerys to ruin. A fire faery would melt a faery of ice to tears, and while they may love each other, the ice faery would not be able to withstand a fires fearcness. A fire faery feeds off of air and a relationship between them.would only suck the life from the air to feed the flame, but in the end both would die. Space and lightening, although they sound like like a good match for a fire faery also would not work. Lightening and fire are too close to get along well. Tempers would flare and burn both out. Space is too calme and reserved, almost unworldly to give fire the love it needs. A spirit faery woudl not work with fire because it is just that, spirit. Fire likes things that are tangebale and can be touched. Water is the one element that fire cannot withstand. A water faerly would most likely send a fire faery to her doom.) The faery of earth, (Arkdale) can withstand Andrellas most firy out burst and them calm her with out hurting either one of them. He can love her for her flaming beauty and she will love him for his steadfastness and kindness to all living things.
As for Arkill and Androssa, they learned to like each other. Although at first Arkill's inate friendliness terrifided the bainc draco. :)
