The Houshold of Leonthas resides within the Barony of Cynnabar. Cynnabar is located in the Ann Arbor area of the state of Michigan. The Barony of Cynnabar is held by the Baron Straum von Berzig in fief from the Middle Kingdom. The Lord of Leonthas holds his shire in fief from the Baron of Cynnabar. |

The Barony of Cynnabar is located within the Pentemere region of the area known as the Middle Kingdom. The Household of Leonthas swears fealty unto the Crown (King and Queen) of the Middle Kingdom every six months at an event called Coronation. At the coronation, the Lord/Lady who has won the privilege to be soverign of the Kingdom accepts the duty of presiding as ruler of the kingdom for a six month term of office. |

The Society for Creative Anachronism, or SCA for short, is a world wide organization of medieval re-enactors, and modern sport tourney fighters. The SCA provides a structured and common system of rules and safety regulations for sport-martial combat in the style preformed by our ancestors in the middle ages. It also provides a common basis for research and practice of arts and professions of long ago. |
