I have been working to get the frame to work correctly. I also have used the textbook & the search the internet for additional help. I found a website that helped me a lot. I try to put it in the favorite website area soon.

The frame on the my favorite website finally works! The navigation bar [lower vertical window on the left side of the screen] finally works! When you click on a link it should show-up in the main bar [lower larger window in the lower right area of the screen].

Revised, added, modified, corrected, edited, up-dated, ... to the My "Favorite Television Programs" page to the several shows --> Road Rules vs. Real World Challenges, Road Rules, & Surreal Life 4 Reunion. In addition, I added --> ages information to several of the shows --> age rules, minimum age, past contestants age ranges [brief history for some reality show ages of their past participants; can give some idea of the future participants in the reality shows], ... -- shows: Survivor, Amazing Race, Big Brother -- USA, Apprentice, Fear Factors, & American's Next Top Model. They usually like to have variety in their show, which includes ages, races\ethnicities, backgrounds/cultures, sizes, heights, personalities, attitudes, phobias/fears, ... . But, each participants must/still/... be able to handle/capable/... pressures, stresses, challenges, ... that each of these shows will put on each/their participant(s). For instance: "Fear Factor" -- participants -- normally compete 3 rounds to win with each round there is/are elimination that goes with each round -- round 1 is usually envolve strength, round 2 usually something extremely gross, round 3 is usually envolve strength or speed or something else -- does encourage gamemanship, more than sportmanship [aka many ways of cite other competitors to lose are allow; support or be nice to other competitors are not really what the show goes for]. These are just the beginning of what each contestant have to endure if he/she actually qualify to move to round 2 & so on. But, of cause there are others stuffs/... that envolves that could cause any participant to lose-it or drop-out or ... at anytime. The reality shows usually envolve -- extremes, high pressures, high demands, ... from a lot of places.
