DISTINCTIVE TRAITS : Draconis, unlike his BEA brothers, is a merciful person who contemplates his very reasons for existing. His CAE is also different. While most CAEs continue to work once triggered, his CAE has been modified to allow both manual activaton and deactivation for tactical meneuvers. His creators are working on a Cerebral Psi Enhancer (CPE) for him and any other willing BEA.

BACKGROUND : Draconis is the fourth of a half-dozen BEA warriors to be created. He is the first of his kind to be created with a full free will. He and another of his kind team up on a quest to find the morality of mercy and freedom for the BEA.
APPEARANCE : Draconis has a humanoid body, but with thick, brown leathery skin, wings growing out of his back, two horns on his head, and sharp claws.
