THROUGH THE EYES OF FRIENDS

Through the eyes of our friends,
We see our inner souls.
They help us light our way
When the world is dark and cold.

Through the ears of our friends,
Our problems we can share.
They are here to listen and encourage,
To show compassion and care.

Through the mouths of our friends,
We are given great advice.
They shower us with loving words
And will make any sacrifice.

Through the souls of our friends,
We learn to be who we are.
They will lend a helping hand,
Whether it be near or far.

Through the love of our friends,
We learn to play our parts.
Friends are those never to be forgotten,
For they hold a place within our hearts.
