seized, sent to Jersey foster agency
Allan and Queenie Garcia-Velasco asks for your help to regain
the custody of their child Ma. Carmela Velasco who was taken
from them and is now at Department of Youth amd Family Services
(DYFS), Jersey City.

Ma. Carmela Velasco is now
with Allan's mom, but the couple still couldn't sleep with
the child, only take her out, but has to return her to Allan's
mom's place right after. The couple's next case hearing
will be on the 11th of September 2006. This time the criminal
case has been opened again as is now brought up to the second
degree, meaning - if they'll get convicted they'll both
get imprisoned for 5-10 years and Carmela will be at DYFS
forever.
Please help us pray that they'll regain custody of Badang
(Carmela), and their name be cleared of the case filed against
them.
