??. He died on Jan 9 1906. William B. Montgomery was born June 16, 1842,
married Nancy Manning, daughter of William B. and Elizabeth Manning. The name
is sometimes spelled manon. Nancy was borned Dec. 6, 1842. He brother was Andrew.
He and hs wife Marth bought the Manning place from the heirs in 1898. Their
son was James Peyton Manning. James' son Charlie still lives on the manning
farm.
Nancy died May 2, 1879 and is buried in the manning cemetery . After her
death William remarried Lucy Brooks in 1882. No children servived in the second
marriege. William deied Jan. 9, 1906
Nancy MANNING (MANON)
(daughter of William MANNING (MANON) and
Elizabeth) was born on Dec 6 1842 in VA. She died on May 2 1879 in VA.
She was buried in Manning Cemetery. William B. MONTGOMERY and Nancy MANNING
