3920. John BEALS (BALES) I⁽²²⁹⁾ died in Dec 1726 in Chester CO. PA.⁽²³⁰⁾ John was the first of the Beals to come to America. He came on the ship the "Griffin" in 1675. He and his wife Mary were devout Quakers. He was married to Mary CLAYTON Nov. 1, 1682 (soon after in Nottingham Meeting Place, Chester County PA. ⁽²³¹⁾

3921. Mary CLAYTON⁽²³²⁾ was born on Jun 29 1655 in Bumbalksweek, Sussex, England.⁽²³³⁾ She died 1726 aft..⁽²³⁴⁾ Mary's lineage goes back thirty-three generations to Charlemagne, Charles the Great. Borned 4-1-742; died 1-28-814.
Children were:

i. John BEALS (BALES)⁽²³⁵⁾.
ii. William BEALS (BALES)⁽²³⁶⁾.
1960 iii. Jacob BEALS (BALES).
iv. Mary BEALS (BALES)⁽²³⁷⁾.
