128. Andrew LEE ⁽¹¹⁷⁾ was born in 1777. He died in Claiborne County, TN.
Andrew Lee was on the passeger list of the ship Portland for Charleston 29, Mar. 1803. Listed as a laborer, 26 years old. Some of Andrew (Andy) Lee' children were borned in Ireland and some of them in America. Andrew came to America following his relatives who had come to America Earlier. He lived in North Carolina for a while before settling in Lincoln Co. VA- changed to
Josh Bell Bo., Ky, later Bell Co.., KY.
He settled in Southeastern KY near what is now called Cubbage. Named because of a bear cub he encountered there. The bear attacked him and he wrestled with the bear and killed it. The area where this occoured is now called Cubbage, KY, Bell Co.
He had fifty acres of lan surveyed athe the head waters of Martin's Fork of the Cumberland River, near the present Harlan-Bell Co. line. Surveyed 21 April, 1819, and patened 24 May. 1821. Patent #4292. Recorded at Frankfort, Ky, G. K.L.W. page370. He patented one hundred acres, #7448, on 17 Dec. 1823. Andreww sold this land in 1830 and moved to Claiborne Co., TN. Andrew Lee was a farmer in America.

He was married to Margarot "Peggy" DANIEL on Jul 16 1798 in Batetout County ,VA.⁽²⁰⁾

129. Margarot "Peggy" DANIEL was born in 1776. Children were:

vii. Andrew LEE⁽¹²⁴⁾ was born in 1812 in Claiborne County, TN.
viii. John LEE⁽¹²⁵⁾ was born in 1815 in KY.
ix. Margaret LEE⁽¹²⁶⁾ was born in 1816 in Knox KY.
x. Phillip LEE⁽¹²⁷⁾ was born on Dec 10 1817 in Rogersville, TN.
xi. Polly LEE⁽¹²⁸⁾ was born in 1819 in Pucketts Creek,Harlan KY.
xii. Dicy LEE⁽²⁰⁾ was born in 1817.
xiii. Bolling (Bol) LEE was born in 1824 in Harlan Co. (later Bell).
