GENSOMADEN SAIYUKI

        I'm taking a huge risk in writing this story. Not only does "Metamorphosis" take place at the very end of the Sanzo-tachi's journey, but I'm also taking liberties in evolving them as characters. It would be very difficult not to change them gradually, given the major dilemma that I'm saddling them with in this tale.

        I must point out that this is my version of how I want Saiyuki to end, not Minekura Kazuya's. I'm sure many of you have imagined what kind of closure this epic tale would have, but I'm probably the only one who would actually dare to write it.

        If I offend any Saiyuki fans with this story, forgive me. But I will see this particular story through to the very end. To those of you who are brave enough to read it, I hope you'll enjoy reading this story, just as much as I'm obsessed in writing it.
