Earth is attacked by the people of Moguru.  To counter this menace, Dr. Yuri assembles Teppei, Billy, Jinta and Gansuke, a group of teenagers gifted with the amazing Y power and led by his assistant, Yoshida, to pilot the four giant robots of the Blocker Team and defend our planet.
