LIVER PATE

Delicious, one of our favorite dishes!
Ingredients:
500g chicken livers
1 medium sized onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
salt to taste
Preparation:
Dice the onion and brown well in shallow olive oil.  Fry the livers in olive oil.  Allow both to cool down and then blend with the rest of the ingredients.
