Spread on bread with margarine or butter as an accompaniment to meat, poultry, fish & omlette meals.

Add whilst cooking for extra hot spice and in cheese toasties.
Ingredients:
250g fresh red hot chillies
1 medium sized head of garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Peel the garlic and blend roughly until all are crushed.  Remove all the seeds from the chillies, wash and add to blender together with remaining ingredients.  Blend for about 10 minutes.
