| We decided to make a move from Liberty Suites to near the famed Ft Lauderdale Beach. (Where The Boys Are!) We ended up staying at a wonderful all gay resort called Cheston House. We had a self-contained very spacious one bedroom apartment right that looked out to a large heated pool. We spent five weeks in 2008 and 8 weeks in 2009. Then new management refused to give us the same deal for another year, and we refused to pay what they were asking so we arranged another move for 2010. It was a real disapointment for Ron and I as it was a lovely place as you will see from the pictures below. (The arrow points to our suite) However, we are on a limited budget and must be realistic. |
