| Liberty Suites owners, Joe and Jack, threw a welcoming party for Ron and I as their longest cutomer, (We were their first gay customers back when they had just bought Liberty Suites in 1997) and for Jim & Gary who are their second longest cutomer. They had just arrived the day before we did. |

| BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS |
| Our friends at Liberty held parties for both Ron's 67th birthday and my 75th birthday. Also, our close friends from Calgary, Pierre and Brian, arrived the day after we did for a 2 week stay. It was wonderful having them there. Then, while we were enjoying the party for my birthday, who should arrive to surprise me but our long time good friend, Bill from Toronto. He came down for 4 days because he said he just couldn't miss my 75th birthday, What a wonderful surprise. |
