[He was] born in Nashville, Tennessee, January 14, 1846, dying at the age of 85 years, 6 months, and 24 days. Surviving are five children: Mrs. Charles Davidson, Mrs. J. D. Boward, Mrs. Joseph Wright, Middletown; Bud Weaver, Lincoln; John Weaver of Chicago. A brother and sister also survive: Robert Weaver of Lincoln and Mrs. Maggie Selbert of Lincoln.
