Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

250 grams boneless chicken - diced 1 cup sweet corn 4 garlic cloves - peeled and finely chopped 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 can chicken stock (3 cups approx.) 2 tbsp corn starch powder Method: ------ Heat oil. Add garlic and saute for a minute. Add corn, chicken stock, chicken pieces and boil until chicken and corn are cooked. Pour the mixture in a blender. You need not pour all the stock, one cup of it should be sufficient. Whisk it in the blender for 2 seconds ONLY. Pour back in the utensil and let it boil. Take cornstock, add 3-4 tbsp warm milk and dissolve corn starch in milk. See that it does not form lumps. Add this to the soup mixture and stir till the soup thickens (2-3 minutes). Add white pepper and salt to taste. Serve! Ronnie
