Ingredients: ----------------- 2 eggs 1 tsp chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 chopped onion 1 green chilly finely chopped Salt to taste 1 tbsp milk Method: ------------ Beat eggs and add all the ingredients and beat once again. Take a pan, grease it with little butter and pour egg in it. Cook the egg over medium heat. Once cooked on the bottom, flip it over and cook the second side. Serve with toasted bread. You can put little butter on bread and toast it on the pan itself, once light brown on one side, flip it over and toast the other side. Omlette's ready! Ronnie
