Kadhi - Yoghurt preparation --------------------------- Ingredients: ------------ 1 packet Plain Yoghurt 3 tbsps Bengal Gram Flour 1 tsp mustard seeds 6-7 cloves 6-7 curry leaves 2 Red dried chillies (tear them if you want it spicy) 2 tbsp Oil Salt to taste 1 tsp sugar 2-3 green chillies chopped 1 tsp turmeric powder Method: ------- Mix gram flour, yoghurt and 2 cups of water. Mix thoroughly. Heat this mixture on medium heat and keep stirring. Temper oil with mustard seeds, cloves, curry leaves, red n green chillies. Add this to yoghurt, add salt (according to taste). Add sugar. Let it come for a boil, keep stirring. Kadhi's done.
