Egg Fried Rice -------------- Ingredients: 4 eggs (cooked - scrambled) 1 tbsp white pepper powder Oil 2 carrots (shredded) 1 cup spring onions 1 cup shredded cabbage 3-4 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp sugar Salt to taste 2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic) 3 cups cooked rice 3 garlic cloves (chopped) Method: Pour 3 tbsp oil in a wok. Add garlic cloves and saute for a minute. Add carrots, cabbage and saute for about 2 minutes or so. Add spring onions, mix well. Add soya sauce, pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, scrambled eggs and mix well for about a minute. Finally, add cooked rice and mix. Add salt to taste. Serve with Chicken Manchurian!
