Bread n Potato Rolls

Ingredients: 4 medium sized mashed potatoes 1/2 cup green peas Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp lemon juice Crushed black pepper 2 tbsp ginger Oil for deep frying 1 White bread packet 1 tsp Turmeric - Optional --------------------------------------------------------------------- Add salt, ginger, pepper, green peas, salt, turmeric (optional), lemon juice to mashed potato and mix them together. You might want to mash the green peas a bit. Take bread slice, cut off the bread corners. Put the potato mix in the center (not too much) and roll the bread slice to cover the potato mix. Close the ends by applying water on bread ends. Keep it aside. Heat oil in a deep vessel and when the oil is hot, deep fry these bread rolls. Fry until golden brown and then put them on tissue paper to let the extra oil soak. Serve with tomato sauce.
