Action Replay is a PC USB device that allows you to save files from your PC to an XBOX mem card. If your game save can fit on a mem card, you can use action replay to save your game saves to your PC. You can also email them and trade game saves etc. How to convert your XBOX Controller or XBOX Controller cable into an Action Replay. You can cut the barrel end off an old XBOX controller cable, or you can cut the XBOX PORT end off a Controller Quick Disconnect cable(the shorter controller cable). I prefere to leave the COntroller alone and just cut the short Quick disconnect cable off. Next you'll need a USB cable. You must preserve the end of the USB cable that fits inside the USB port of your PC. Cut the USB cable so that you remove the end you don't need. Carefully remove a small amount of insulation off each cable end with a razor or wire stripper. The foil and braded wire are needed, so don't remove it. Just push it back. Don't damage the wires or it wont work! Do not use the yellow wire. Just connect the 4 other wires. Red to red. White to White, Black to black. Blue to blue. Soldier or twist them. Do not let the diff wires touch each other. Tape them carefully. The silver foil and braded wire must connect from one cable to the other. Twist them or wrap a stripped wire from one foil/braid to the other. Tape it. Goto www.codejunkies.com to download the AR XBOX software in the SUPPORT SECTION. Install the software. Now try it in your PC with the controller and mem card installed in the controller. When windows asks for a driver, direct windows to the driver folder where the AR software was installed. That should be it! Have Fun! - ICEPICC
