This season my team (Chatham Jr. Outlaws) got the opportunity to play at Joe Louis Arena where the Detroit Red Wings play. And luckily our game was right after the Red Wings' practice so we got to meet and greet a lot of the team. Including a pic taken with right winger and powerplay expert, Kirk Maltby. Kirk was awesome and he stayed and talked with us for awhile. We also got to meet Steve Yzerman (my pic of him didn't turn out all that great so that's why it's not on here). Plus we saw Curtis Joeseph, Jiri Fischer, Brendan Shanahan, Chris Chelios, Matthew Dandenault, Brett Hull, and coach Dave Lewis. Plus to top it off our dressing room was so sweet. It had a hanging TV, a treadmill, a buffet table, individual seating, and a nice, spacious bathroom! My dad took these pics below. |
