| Yes, I saw the Prince of FUCKIN' Rock Darkness LIVE in concert. Suprise, suprise he came to my hometown! I'm just as shocked as you. But yes he came right to my little city and rocked out! He put on a great show. In fact it's probably the best concert I've seen... and how cool is it that I didn't even have to leave my neighbourhood to experience it?!?! |
| Anyway, he put on a great show. Not only was it a great experience musically, but when you see Alice Cooper live he not only puts on a concert, he puts on a fuckin' SHOW!!! Examples: At one point he comes out with a real live boa constrictor, he also has a Kill Bill moment with his daughter (who is dressed like Uma Thurman in her yellow jumpsuit), he also comes out in a top hat armed with a sidearm when he performs "Desperado" (my fave Cooper song by the way), and at one point he comes out wearing a straight jacket!!! Bloody brilliant, entertaining, concert. |
| The concert was all around entertaining and he played all his classics, including: I'm Eighteen, School's Out, No More Mr. Nice Guy, Elected, Desperado, and even Only Women Bleed (to which the crowd got out their lighters and kept them on throughout the song). My only complaint was that he didn't play "Feed My Frankenstein"... you know, the one he played in "Wayne's World", he didn't play it and I was pissed! But that was the only downfall... actually his souvenir stands were ridiculously overpriced which compromised my getting a concert T like i do at EVERY concert I attend. I managed to get one but I wasn't impressed at the price. But i guess it was worth it, considering he did give me a good show! |
