The reason for the cancellation of Ronin Anime's June 26th meeting, as posted by Aimee on our mailing list :

"Once again, we are forced to cancel a Ronin Anime Club meeting. Once again, this is due to the horrible organization and possibly double-dealing of the West Palm Beach Inn. I was guaranteed a conference room for this Saturday. I called the new manager to make sure my credit card goes through, and she tells me I don't have the conference room and she booked me another suite. Now I don't know about you guys, I am sick of these suites and I am very sick of having to setup in such a small, badly upkept place simply because they screw up my reservations or they can't seem to fix their air conditioning. So we're pushing the meeting back to our first July meeting, July 17, the Saturday after MetroCon.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on alternate meeting sites, please let me know. Hotel meetings rooms are expensive, the library's hours suck...and locations also suck, from what I know of. I'm open to suggestions/ideas, if I find one good enough well WPB Inn in losing my business. I'm sick of their new system. Thanks guys.
