BUTTERFLY WARMING UP ON THE HIGHWAY
Photo opportunities turn up in the strangest places. We had stopped on one of the pull-outs to peer over the edge to view the valley far below when I noticed this fellow on the pavement. How he survived without getting runover is a mystery. I picked him up and placed him on a bush by the side of the road... he appeared gratefull.
