Two brothers, Mugisha and Mugabe, both Makerere University students reside in Makerere Kikoni and
share a room. On Wednesday, they were thrown into confusion when a Makarere University Business
School girl the brothers had had an affair with without telling each other, suddenly brought
them a two-week old baby boy. She disclosed to them that she didn't know the real father of the baby
since they loved at the same time although she was the only one who was aware of it.

On arrival in the students ' the girl only found Mugisha in the room and he thought that the baby
belongs to him. But the girl surprised him by saying that she didn't know which of the two brothers
was the real baby. Mugabe found them arguing and he congratulated the girl upon delivering a baby
for him. But surprisingly, she told him that he owned the baby 50% and 50% belonged to Mugisha.

The brothers were astounded because they were quite unaware of the fact that they had been
befriending the same girl. Furthermore, they did not know who started the affair first. In addition, the
girl said that it did not matter who got involved first because that alone could determine the real father
of the baby. She therefore refused to reveal the boy whom she had the relationship first.

The two brothers as a result, have separated and Mugabe sought refuge in Lumumba hall. Each was
blaming the other of cheating. However, they both agreed to go for a blood group examination to have
a biological proof so as to know the real father.
