"The Dawning of Time"
Since the dawn of time
The beginning of our world
We advance in our technology
And really learn nothing more.
So we destroy all that is around us
Without following
The GOLDEN RULE.
So our hate for one another
Soon begins to kill
Our love for each other.
For the lack of trust and honesty
Between us all.
For it causes us all to
Go to war
With one another.
Since there has never been
Any changes in our world.
It seems so easy
Not to follow his word.
For which is worse?
Those who do not believe
In Him at all
Or
The hypocrite
Who takes his word for granted
A little more each time
As he leaves the preachers' sermon
For he thinks it is OK
In the way he
Runs his own life.
For our will powers
Have been weak
Since the beginning of time.
So why is it so hard
To obey His word.
For the oppositions seem so strong
In this world.
For all man kind needs to learn
To control his own life
And do what is right.
So we won't lead ourselves
Into situations
That will cause disaster
To enter our lives.
For we all must learn
How to say no
To all these things
Which will approach our lives.
Because the book of Revelation
Is soon to take effect in our lives
