The Ministry of Cock Language & Arts Culture is offically formed in FY 2002, Sept.
Mr Gary Sim was elected as the Minister for CLA on the formation of MCLA. The
portfolio of MCLA is to promote talking cock and the spirit of nua, as in accordance
to the RON motto. Under the superb leadership of the Minister, MCLA has flourish
into the forefront ministry of promoting and revoltutionising the spirit of talking cock
& the ways of talking cock.
MCLA is also involved in the administration of National Nua University (NNU). NNU absorb both RON & Non-RON citizens to its courses. Regarding entry passes for International Students, once application is accepted by NNU, the WABA Ministry will proceed the applicaton of student pass & visa for the overseas student concerned.
Minister Profile
Minister Sim holds a PHD in cockinlogy and is well-versed in all sorts of cock talking
techniques. He currently is actively involved in various seminars and forums on how
to improve cock talking and languages used in various international conferences.
He also holds the record of achieving the highest ever MCs taken. The average statstics shows that it is a MUST to have one MC per week. Therefore under MCLA portfolio, the MC Department will surely flourish under his competent managment.
