Mr Goh will be retiring from his post wef from May 03. He will be fully involved in research on nua-ingtylis and nua-gineering at National Nua University. We sincerely wish him the best. He will also be holding the Service Directorate Inspector Of NNU while the portfolio of MKK will undergo a review by the President Office
Update - With effect from 10 Jun 03, Minister Lin of Chee Hong Affairs will take over the Ministry of KK and be appointed designated Minister of Kay Zhua Affairs, which will solely oversee the portfolios of MKK.

Ministry Of Kay Zhua is the premium organisation for development of various 'smokescreen' techniques. It is also responsible for any Kay Kang or Kay Zhua (Act Smart and Act Extra) activities in the RON community. This is a very effective preventive measurement a RON activist can take to counter any 'siao on' actions on you. Once applied, 'siao on' tasks will most probably not be dependent on you so as to faciliate your avoidance of any work.
Minister Goh is a devotee of MIC products and waste no efforts in promoting them. Minister Goh is well-versed in various techniques of kay zhua actions and is often called on to perform important duties to RON. He's also hold a PHD in Kay Kang and Gao Saw Theory, which is the main focus point of his career.
He's also actively involved in promoting tourism for RON, as he always says 'come to my country'. Certainly, his efforts are well appreciated by MCLA.
