I can't keep it in my heart any longer, and the only way I know how to deal with it is to express my heart to you. When I think of all the people who have been adversely affected by the fruit of your endeavors and science, and the pain that was caused for so many through your hands and experiments, I have to ask, "Is This The Way You Want To Be Remembered in History Books"? 

You butchered brains, scarred and wounded lives, and left horror, death and misery in your wake.
You played God with the delicate minds, souls, and psychics of His creation. Mind Control is sorcery, as described in the Bible, and "No Sorcerer Will Enter Into Eternal Life". You Must Repent from your heart and with all sincerity, if you hope to be saved and forgiven. You argue "Look What We Did For The Good of Humanity, Weaponry, Science, and The Psychiatric Community"! 

Please tell me what good it has done, and what good has it accomplished? What good will it accomplish? Microwave radiation of embassies and people? ELF Radiation rings and subconscious suggestion and control? Is that a big plus for humanity? Robots with no will or objections of their own. All Stepford Wives, programmed to obey and conform, and to perform sexual perversions at will. 

God has given us all a free will, a soul and a personality. We are all unique and God never meant
for a Super Arian Race or cloned civilization to dominate any country or empire. He also did not intend your studies to implement population control, or create a military edge for assaults or weather control.

Fried minds and human robots do not go down in the Guinness Book of Records as major scientific 
contributions for mankind. Hardly a place to receive the Noble Peace Prize! "The Manchurian Candidate", I am so sick of hearing the word, and who knows what it really means? To be able to program a sequence or instruction set into a sleeper, to be triggered at a specific time with proper tone, phrase, or code sequence is hardly something to rejoice over, and then at that, he would have no recall of the incident after killing someone. That is Orwellian and evil.
The discovery of Penicillin, which I had to take for the last week for a tooth infection, is something
well worth praise and mention of.

 Do you see how penicillin has helped all of humanity? I do not see how mind control, programmed assassinations, and secure uploading and downloading of mind control sex slave robots, is worthy of mention or public acclaim. It is an abomination, sin, perversion and sickness in the minds of the perpetrators.

 Twisted minds bent in the direction of Satan to control populations, peoples, governments, and world empires, is the fruit of these experiments. 
All candidates involved in these experiments were tormented and these experiments did not serve
the corporate good of humanity. But perhaps, that was your call, your talent, your contribution to mankind, your skill and career.

Do you not wish that perhaps instead of tormenting humanity and pilfering good tax payer dollars 
in all these government sponsored programs, that perhaps you could of healed one brain, touched
one life, or contributed to the common good of all humanity. If you are or were one of these scientists, engineers, psychologists, or developers of the MKULTRA or Monarch Project, it may not be too late yet to repent, turn your heart and life to Jesus Christ, and use the balance of your days to help heal humanity and the psyche of so many that have been bruised, corrupted, scarred and destroyed by your research and labors.

Jesus Christ Is Lord and Savior, and Every Knee Will Bow and Tongue Confess That He Is! The good
we do will be blessed and the evil we do will be cursed! Serve the Lord, and recant of your evil inventions.
