Alastor Stonewall's Life Story

The following is a life story of Jason Gallant, better known as Alastor Stonewall.  It covers his early life up until he joins WeW.  To find out what happens afterwards, you'll have to look in the "Stonewall Federation History" section.  Enjoy!

Early Life

Jason Gallant was born on May 16th, 1971 to Mary and Carl Gallant.  He was a healthy baby right from the start. Even as an infant, he seemed to have boundless energy, wiggling about in his parents arms.  Little did they know that your energetic young son would grow into a 6' 9" 280 lbs. monster.

When young Jason went to Kindergarten, he always was the life of the classroom.  He would often be the leader of pretend games that he normally thought up himself.  He barely ever got exhausted, and took an early interest in reading. He was one of the best readers in the class.  However, Jason had a mean streak.  Whenever he didn't get his way, he would physically attack someone so harshly that even the teacher had trouble restraining him.  He also would constantly find excuses to get out of doing work that he didn't want to perform.  Although very bright, Jason had a serious temper issue that needed solving.

Jason's worried parents took him to a child psychologist.  Jason was diagnosed with an extreme case ADHD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  It would take a powerful suppressant to keep the ADHD under control, but it was possible.  Mary and Carl agreed to it, and Jason was put on the medicine.

Throughout Grade School, Jason got straight A's and B's, but would occasionally get into fights, usually when he forgot to take his medicine.  He was a tough fighter, and was respected around the school yard.  He was somewhat of a bully however, more than once he stole money from kids or hurt them enough they were sent to the hospital.  He was suspended four times from Grade School.

However, Jason's life would change when he entered Middle School.

Middle School Years

In Middle School, Jason continued to keep his good grades in school.  However, throughout sixth grade, he got into many more fights than in Grade School.  It was mostly because of the anxiety of going to a new school.  He didn't really accomplish much else in sixth grade.

However, in seventh grade he was aloud to be on the school sports teams.  He had just started to watch professional wrestling, and he decided to join the school wrestling team.  He fell in love with it.  It was a great outlet for his hostility, and he put it towards positive use.  In both seventh and eighth grade, he was undefeated.  He was the top wrestler, and he had found his passion.  This set forth the goal for the rest of his life.

High School Years

High School was a turning point for Jason.  He continued with the wrestling team, and was undefeated the whole way, 9th-12th grade.  However, Jason's studies began to decline.  He did better in Social Studies and English, and worse in Mathematics and Science.  He also took an oratation class.  He did very well because of his high vocabulary, enthusiastic voice, creative mind, and will to be the best.

One day his High School was hosting a special indy federation as a fund raiser for the Senior class.  After the show, Jason got special permission to meet with the owner.  Jason explained that being a professional wrestler was something he was considering, and that he would do anything to be one.  He asked where to start.  After a while, Jason got all the information he needed.  He wrote it down and put it in his special safe which he would open after he graduates from High School.

Jason graduated on June 9th, 1989, and finished 37th in his class.  He reopened his safe, and read the note to himself. He decided that his wrestling school of choice would be Stu Harts Dungeon, an infamous wrestling school known for training the likes of Bret and Owen Hart (RIP) and Chris Benoit.  He went and applied.

Wrestling School

Stu Hart is a very tough trainer.  He works his students like a dog, and tries to break your spirit as often as possible.  Jason caught on quickly, and after the horrible first two months of just learning how to take bumps and getting in top shape, Jason was taught the basic maneveurs.  He learned them all eventually, and took a fondness to the inverted death valley driver.

Meanwhile, Jason begun to take acting lessons.  He knew that wrestling knowledge alone was not enough to be successful, and being able to act was just as important as being able to wrestle.  He was a pretty good actor, not someone who would be a famous movie star, but good enough for a top wrestler.  He stopped taking lessons after about 8 months, due to finacial expendures.

After two long, hard years Jason graduated.  He was one of the best wrestlers Stu Hart had ever trained.  He wished him luck, and Jason took to the indies.

Indy Feds and Meeting James

Jason Gallant was moderately successful in the indies.  His gimmick was called the Exconvict, a trash talking badass that had long brown hair and an eyepatch (Jason never actually lost his eye).  He had potential, but the gimmick was terribly cliché and uninspired.

But that all changed when Jason met James, a bright young man wanting to be a manager for a wrestler.  James had a awesome gimmick lined up, but he needed the right person.  While looking in the indies, he saw the Exconvict. Although a terrible gimmick, he saw the person himself had great potential, so he went to his dressing room afterwards.

James explained himself to Jason, and told him of the "Alastor Stonewall" gimmick, a guy with short green hair and a beard, an eyepatch, and a never-say die attitude.  Jason loved it, and decided to try it.  It was a HUGE hit in the indy federations.  He captured many World Titles under James' guidance.  Jason modified the gimmick to fit his personallity from his childhood, a rough heel who will look for loopholes and rough up people that barely did anything wrong.  His mic work improved significantly.

Jason's life forever changed on December 8th, 1999.  He received an invite to participate in wrestlings biggest promotion, World extreme Wrestling.  Jason and James were both enthralled.  They went to meet with CEO ViRuZ, the owner of the federation.

And the rest is history.
