| This match was the final match between myself and
Steve Sinister in World extreme Wrestling. It was a great match, and
anyone who has not seen it absolutely MUST find a videotape of it. It
was a no holds barred, guarded doorway, no DQ, falls count anywhere matchup.

Sinister and I start out our WeW United States Title
matchup by walking toward each other and getting ready to fight. The
crowd is watching intently as we get the match under way. |
I started out strong. I knew a lot was hanging
on this matchup, so I made sure I got right in there and attacked. This attack
barely phased Sinister however. |
I landed a tombstone and attemped to pin the man, but
it was to no avail. Sinister kicked out and began to attack me with
newfound strength. |
Here is Sinister picking me up and getting ready to
slam me to the mat. This signals a long series of maneuvers by
Sinister. |
As I got back up, he did a moonsault off the top rope
onto me. Man, it hurt pretty bad. It even knocked me out of the
ring! |
As I recovered from the outside, Sinister began playing
to the crowd. Pissed that he was doing so, I promptly returned to the
ring. |
We went back out just as soon as I got in and he took
it upon himself to powerbomb me directly into the pavement, the b----! |
Before this happened, a rather funny thing happened.
Both me and Sinister had bribed guards to help us out, but it backfired and
they began to attack each other. Before we resumed fighting, we both knocked
them out with a punch. Shortly after, Sinister piledrives me into the
pavement. |
I had just landed the AVALANCHE on Sinister, and thought
I had the win in the bag, but... |
Sinister kicks out of my finisher! I don't know
how the hell he did it but he did. It did however leave him dazed and
confused. |
Not knowing what to do, I seized the nearest object,
which happened to be a nearby mop. It snapped right over his head. |
It allowed me an easy 1-2-3! I was the
United States Champion for the second time! Shortly after, WeW closed
down and that very belt sits on my home mantle right above my fireplace. |
This match did not settle the Alastor Stonewall/Steve
Sinister feud. As of the writing of this (March 3rd, 2000) it is still
continuing in VxW. I have no idea when it will end, IF it will ever
end. However, the feud has thrilled many wrestling fans, young and
old alike, and if that is what it is doing, then I have accomplished my
goal.
